1. Made-to-Order Policy

All Becca Anne pieces are currently made-to-order. This means your item is specially crafted just for you once your order is placed. Our standard production window is 2–3 weeks, not including shipping time. While we always aim to ship sooner, please allow the full time frame for your order to be completed.

2. Pre-Order Policy

From time to time, we offer exclusive pre-order pieces. Pre-orders secure your item before it officially drops. These items are not in stock at the time of purchase and require additional lead time for production and fulfillment. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page.

3. Shipping

We ship domestically and internationally using trusted carriers like USPS and UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Becca Anne is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen during transit. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please review product details, size guides, and order information carefully before completing your purchase. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damage, wrong item), please email us within 3 days of delivery.

5. Sizing

Fit is personal, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We recommend referring to the size chart available on each product page. If you're unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out before ordering. We’re happy to guide you.

6. Product Variations

Colors and textures may appear differently based on screen settings and lighting. Small differences in fabric or finishing are not considered defects but part of the handmade quality of our pieces.

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

8. Discounts & Promotions

Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Please check expiration dates and exclusions when using discount codes.
